He has extensive experience acting for sponsors and lenders on greenfield projects in Africa, Latin America and India as well as brownfield infrastructure acquisitions across Europe and the UK. Dhananjaya is qualified in India (advocate) and England and Wales (solicitor). He speaks English and Hindi. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills in 2015, Dhananjaya worked for seven years at Allen & Overy’s London offices.
