About Diana Jeschke

Diana Jeschke is a senior counsel in the Energy & Infrastructure group at Linklaters who focuses on regulatory, commercial and policy matters in the electric power sector. She helps energy companies navigate wholesale electric market rules, interconnection and transmission issues, and negotiate power purchase agreements and other offtake arrangements. Diana represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and she advises on regulatory matters arising in development, financing, operation and transfers of electric generation, storage and transmission projects and portfolios.
