Diana Li
is a partner in Fangda’s life science team specialising in regulatory matters, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters. Diana is dedicated to providing services to clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, among other healthcare industry clients including multinational companies, Chinese companies and investment funds. She is a member of the IBA Life Science Committee and has been recognised as a Band 3 lawyer by Chambers Greater China Region in the healthcare sector.
