About Diana Lafita

Diana Lafita joined MLL Legal Ltd as a senior associate in 2023, bringing wide experience in banking, regulatory and fintech matters. Prior to this, Diana worked for more than ten years as a lawyer in leading Zurich firms within the banking and regulatory field, gaining deep knowledge of the industry and financial regulations. She has a broad cultural and legal background: she studied law and business in Spain at ESADE, earned an LLM in International Business Law in Zurich and passed the Swiss bar exam in Zurich in 2012. Diana is part of MLL Legal Ltd’s Iberian and Latam Desk. She is a member of various organisations, including ZAV and SAV and regularly speaks at conferences.
