Dibyanshu has advised clients on the entire range of project development issues in the infrastructure space. In the oil and gas sector, he has acted for several operators and consortiums undertaking upstream/midstream activity, including with reference to licensing, joint operating agreements, well service contracts, contracts for charter hire of rigs, gas pricing, city gas distribution and HSE issues. Dibyanshu also advises on farm-in agreements, LNG sale and purchase agreements, gas sale agreements, gas transportation agreements and off-take agreements. He is dual qualified and is admitted to practise law in India and New York. He is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the American Bar Association.
