Dr. Rada Popova is Director of Legal and Regulatory at Isar Aerospace SE. She has extensive expertise in legal and regulatory matters relating to deep tech and other highly regulated industries, with a focus on dual-use and space technologies. Rada advises on corporate governance, commercial and infrastructure agreements as well as export control and regulatory compliance, and she regularly supports complex projects at the intersection of technology and law for both governmental bodies and private industry across Europe. She acts as Of Counsel at IVANOVLEGAL, serves as a lecturer and academic instructor, and actively contributes to international expert networks.
