About Duncan J.J. Kessler

Duncan J.J. Kessler is a lawyer at Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley on the Dean’s List with BAs in Latin and Political Science with a sub-focus in International Relations. He received his J.D. summa cum laude from American University Washington College of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for four years for Justice Denise Francois of the Virgin Islands Supreme Court when she was a Judge at the Superior Court of the US Virgin Islands, interned at the DC Superior Court, and was a paralegal for three years at the Law Offices of Linda M. Hoffman. He is admitted to the practice of law in the District of Columbia and the US tax court.
