About Emilie Wilberg
Emilie Wilberg
is a senior associate in Kvale’s dispute resolution department. Drawing on her background in private practice and as a deputy public prosecutor, she has broad courtroom experience and advises on proceedings before the Norwegian courts and in arbitration. Her practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution, with particular expertise in contract and energy law matters. Emilie also has experience from the EFTA Court and the Council of Europe, and brings a strong analytical and international perspective to complex disputes.
