About Emma Domingues

Emma Domingues is a junior associate at Brucher Thieltgen & Partners and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2024. Her practice focuses primarily on restructuring and insolvency, as well as commercial matters and related disputes. She assists with bankruptcy and judicial reorganisation proceedings, including the examination of claims, liquidation matters and related proceedings. Emma also advises on matters involving contracts and commercial relationships, debt recovery and related litigation. She is a member of LILLA – Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association.
