is a partner at the firm. She has developed her private client practice over the past 12 years. Previously a partner at another large Gibraltar-based firm, Emma went on to establish her own boutique private client and family office practice, before selling the same to the firm and joining the partnership. Her mainstream practice is advising UHNWI, HNWI and family offices on all of their requirements. She deals with relocations, assists in the establishment of succession plans and family asset planning, as well as advising on family governance. Emma is also able to advise family offices on any financial services regulatory matters which may apply to them. In addition to her private client work, she has significant experience in other areas of corporate and financial services law.
