About Enrico Maria Canzi

Enrico Maria Canzi is a partner at Studio Isolabella in Milan, where he has practised exclusively in white-collar and business criminal law since 2003. Admitted to the Italian Supreme Court Bar since 2023, he has extensive experience in corporate and bankruptcy criminal law, environmental crimes, workplace safety offences, healthcare liability and corporate criminal liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001. He advised a leading banking group in the criminal proceedings arising from the Parmalat collapse. He serves as chairman of the supervisory board of a licensed financial intermediary under Article 106 TUB, specialising in the management and restructuring of non-performing loan portfolios, and lectures at both Università Cattolica and Università Statale di Milano.
