About Eduardo Vázquez Labra

Eduardo Vázquez Labra holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and has over 25 years of experience in intellectual property, particularly in trade marks and litigation. He spent more than two decades at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), developing in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures and decision-making processes. He is currently a partner at SPECIFIC IP, where he focuses on trade mark litigation, nullity and cancellation actions, and administrative infringements. His practice spans multiple industries and complex portfolios. He is a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA), among others.
