About Edward Ramos

Edward Ramos is a partner at Kurzban, Kurzban, Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. He received his B.A. from Amherst College and his J.D. from Yale Law School. His practice focuses on litigating immigration-related cases in the federal courts. Edward has successfully challenged denials across a wide range of matters, including employment-based petitions, family-based petitions, EB-5 regional center terminations and EB-5 visa petitions. He is widely recognised for his work in national class actions as well as complex habeas and detention matters. He has also authored immigration-related articles for the Florida Bar and various legal journals and publications.
