obtained his law degree in 1997. He proceeded to add several master’s and postgraduate degrees to his professional training. For over 20 years he has taught business law and other subjects, at major universities, at undergraduate and graduate levels. He belongs to the Dominican Academy of Law and the Dominican Society of Business Law. His essays in specialised magazines on commercial law and commercial companies have been particularly valued by the legal community. He has achieved significant precedents in commercial law and intellectual property and is devoted to litigious practice in all matters.
