Edwin J. Seda-Fernández
is a shareholder and the chairperson of the labour and employment law department. His practice covers exclusive representation of employers in the private and public sectors, defence of management regarding claims and proceedings involving unions and individual employees as well as representing employers before administrative agencies and in federal and Puerto Rico courts. Mr Seda-Fernández has extensive experience in labour and employment matters pertaining to reorganisations of businesses, reductions in force, plant closings, mergers, acquisitions and transfers of going concerns. He is a member of the Puerto Rico, Federal and American Bar Associations and has contributed to numerous publications relating to employment law.
