Efe Utku Çal graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law and also holds a minor in economics. After working at various law firms, including during his student years, Efe joined Özay Law Firm in 2025. Efe specializes in TMT law and has provided legal consultancy on these matters to numerous national and international clients and worked on compliance projects.
