Ekaterina Bronsky is a partner at Digital & Analogue Partners, specialising in competition law, digital markets regulation and strategic advisory work for digital platforms and technology companies worldwide. She is the author of the firm’s Trendwatching methodology, which identifies emerging regulatory and market developments, often 12 to 48 months before they materialise, and she leads D&A’s regtech initiatives, helping businesses anticipate regulatory change through data-driven analysis. Recognised as Exceptional Global Talent in the UK and shortlisted for the Women in Tech Europe Awards, Ekaterina holds an MA in EU Competition Law, with Distinction, from King’s College London.
