About Elysse Anderson

Elysse Anderson is an associate in Falcon Rappaport & Berkman’s (FRB) corporate and securities practice group. Elysse concentrates her practice on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, business formation and structuring, and general corporate advisory work. She joined FRB as an intern during the summer of 2023 until the spring of 2025, working closely with attorneys in the corporate and securities practice group. Post-graduation, Elysse continues to work with the corporate and securities team, while also assisting the real estate and taxation practice groups.
