About Elena Grigò

Elena Grigò is a partner in the restructuring and insolvency department of LMS Studio Legale and has a PhD in bankruptcy law with specific focus on debt restructuring agreements. She focuses her professional experience on bankruptcy law, assisting major banks and other financial institutions in reorganisation plans, restructuring arrangements and composition with creditors as well as on non-performing exposure (NPE) transactions. Elena is regularly involved in transactions on distressed assets as well as in financing transactions. Elena is author of a large number of articles on bankruptcy, banking and civil procedure law, and a regular speaker at seminars.
