About Eliot Turner

Eliot Turner is a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s antitrust disputes group and he represents clients in defending and prosecuting claims under federal and state antitrust laws. Eliot regularly counsels clients on antitrust issues, including the requirements of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, and represents them in government investigations. He has also represented companies in litigation to protect their trade secret information and enforce non-compete agreements, particularly in the energy sector. Eliot also has broad experience representing clients in other complex litigation matters, as well as representing franchisors in disputes with franchisees and advising franchisors on matters related to franchise relationships.
