About Elisabetta Gardini

Elisabetta Gardini is a partner and co-head of the environmental law department at Gianni & Origoni. She has extensive experience in administrative, environmental and energy law. She provides assistance, in both extrajudicial and judicial matters, in relation to all areas of environmental law such as procedures concerning clean-up of contaminated sites, IPPC authorisation, environmental impact assessment, major-accident hazard prevention and the circular economy (waste management, end of waste and by-products). She also has experience in environmental damage litigation. Elisabetta is a member of the Italian Bar. She has been entitled to act before the superior courts since 2017 and has assisted clients before the Constitutional Court and the EU Court of Justice.
