About Elizaveta Iasco

Elizaveta Iasco specialises in tax and transfer pricing, with a focus on cross-border tax matters and compliance. She advises companies, corporate groups and private clients on tax risk assessment, transaction structuring and intra-group arrangements, offering practical, business-oriented solutions. She has been part of the Willow Tax & Legal team in Dubai since 2025, advising on UAE and Gulf tax matters, including corporate tax, VAT, Free Zone structuring and compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Elizaveta gained both in-house and consulting experience, supporting foreign subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions and assisting clients with tax audits, tax disputes and international tax structuring.
