About Erich Schock

Erich Schock is the managing shareholder of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, and chair of the firm’s real estate, land use and development group. For more than 34 years, he has focused his practice on land use, zoning and development approvals for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. His work includes manufacturing facilities, warehouses and distribution centres, energy infrastructure, data centres and commercial developments. He represents developers, property owners and businesses through Pennsylvania’s municipal approval process, from project planning through final approvals. Erich serves on the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Lehigh County.
