About Eric Hiser

Eric Hiser practises in the areas of environmental, natural resources and administrative law as owner and partner at Hiser Burggraff Curtis. He regularly represents clients, ranging from government agencies to Fortune 500 corporations, in permitting, permit appeals, compliance counselling and planning, environmental auditing and assessment, and enforcement defence. He has participated in over 200 PSD and Title V permitting actions; developed state implementation plans for criteria pollutants and regional haze litigation; developed NPDES and storm water permit applications under the CWA; assisted in RCRA corrective action cleanups and resolutions and RCRA recycling determinations at complex facilities; and aided in permittee defence matters.
