About Eric Kopelman

Eric Kopelman is a partner and co-head of Axipiter’s Corporate/M&A department. He has advised entrepreneurs, corporate groups, executives and investment funds for 20 years on strategic transactions in France and internationally. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, venture and growth capital, external growth and corporate reorganisations. He regularly assists foreign groups entering France and French businesses expanding abroad. Eric also authors Axipiter’s “Doing Business in France” publication, which provides international companies with practical guidance on establishing and developing operations in France. He co-founded Ambre Associés before joining Axipiter and is a member of the Paris Bar.
