About Erik Andrén

Erik Andrén is a partner in the mergers & acquisitions group. His practice focuses on advising private equity firms and corporate clients in connection with M&A and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industries. Erik’s recent work includes advising Warner Bros Discovery on its sale to Paramount Skydance at an enterprise value of USD110 billion, and TPG and OneOncology on the sale of TPG’s equity interest in OneOncology to Cencora at an enterprise value of USD7.4 billion. He is fluent in Swedish.
