About Erik Frykenholt

Erik Frykenholt is a senior associate in CMS Wistrand’s corporate/M&A practice, specialising in corporate transactions, joint ventures, commercial collaborations, commercial contracts and general corporate matters. He advises on domestic and cross-border transactions, including the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures and other strategic commercial arrangements. In 2024, Erik completed a secondment with CMS’s private equity team in London, strengthening his international transaction experience. He is also co-head of the CMS Corporate/M&A Associates Group, an international network of corporate and M&A lawyers. Erik is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
