About Estefanía Alemán

Estefanía Alemán is a partner at Icaza, González-Ruiz & Alemán. She joined the firm as an associate in 2014 and was appointed partner in 2023. She is also general manager of Icaza Trust Corporation and a member of its board of directors. Her practice focuses on private wealth, fiduciary structuring, succession planning and the establishment and administration of trusts. Estefanía is a founding member and President of the Panamanian Association of Trust Companies, an organisation that promotes the development of Panama’s fiduciary sector and addresses matters relating to corporate governance, transparency and anti-money laundering standards.
