Estelle Mathis
is an associate in the transaction team at Walder Wyss. She is also part of the firm’s restructuring team, where she advises companies and board members with a particular focus on restructuring measures, bankruptcy proceedings and the initiation of debt restructuring moratoriums. Her practice further extends to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and general contract law.
