About Eszter Szakács

Eszter Szakács is a partner at DANUBIA with over 20 years of experience in the field of IP and civil law. She has experience representing both multinational clients and innovative SMEs in patent infringement cases and cancellation proceedings across a number of sectors of industries, most notably pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Besides patent law, she has extensive experience in trade secrets, trademarks, competition law and IP transactions. Besides her litigation work, Eszter is well versed in drafting assignment of rights and other agreements. Eszter is a member of, among others, EPLAW, LESI, AIPPI and LIDC.
