About Eva Nováková

Eva Nováková is one of the founding partners of JŠK and has focused on the insurance sector throughout her career. She advises insurers and reinsurers on all aspects of insurance regulation, including sector-specific regulation as well as competition law, advertising, consumer protection and data protection. She also represents insurance clients in disputes and employment law matters. At JŠK, she has built one of the firm’s strongest and most respected insurance practices on the Czech market. In addition to client work, Eva closely co-operates with key industry associations, in particular the Czech Insurance Association and the Czech Insurers’ Bureau, and is actively involved in major legislative projects affecting the insurance market.
