Fabian Joshua Schmidt is a senior associate in PwC Legal Germany’s financial services practice. He joined PwC Legal in 2023 after working at the European Central Bank and Deutsche Bundesbank. His practice covers derivatives and related capital-markets regulation, including EMIR, trade repositories, collateral, securities financing, security interests in financial instruments and financial-market infrastructure. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Ireland and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Society of Ireland.
