Faruk Aktay is the managing partner of Aktay Law Firm and a triple-qualified attorney admitted in Istanbul, London and New York. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, complex dispute resolution and international arbitration, advising clients across multiple jurisdictions. With a strong background in law and economics, he brings a distinctive perspective to sophisticated, multi-layered legal matters. Faruk serves as co-chair of the Türkiye Chapter of the New York Bar Association and is an active member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the International Bar Association.
