Fernando Landeros has more than 20 years of legal experience. He is a leading expert witness specialising in delay and quantum damages in construction projects. As partner of WL Experts & Advisors, he has advised clients in dispute boards, arbitration proceedings and expert determinations throughout Latin America. He has prepared expert reports for national courts, institutional arbitrations and international proceedings under the CAM, ICC and UNCITRAL rules, acting both as a party-appointed expert and as an expert appointed by judges and arbitral tribunals. Having participated in more than 100 disputes involving mining, energy, infrastructure and industrial projects, Fernando has been recognised for six consecutive years as a leading Construction and Engineering Expert Witness.
