About Fernanda Martínez Zolezzi

Fernanda Martínez Zolezzi is a law student at universidad panamericana, currently in her eighth semester, and serves as a legal intern in the corporate law practice. She has developed experience in corporate and commercial law, participating in the drafting, review and analysis of agreements, corporate structures, corporate compliance matters, and various matters relating to the operation and organisation of companies. She has also supported the corporate law practice in the drafting and preparation of specialised articles on franchising matters for various professional associations, including the American Bar Association (ABA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
