About Filip Janeczko

Filip Janeczko has been a counsel in the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig since 2024 and has been with the firm since 2014. He focuses his practice on real estate acquisition, financing, and taxation. He assists banks, developers, as well as investment and private equity funds with real estate transactions in Poland. His advisory work includes conducting legal due diligence, structuring transactions, preparing financing documentation, and advising on tax matters related to property investments. He has been an advocate since 2019 and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
