Filipe Morais Cunha

A former in-house counsel at leading multinational and national mining companies, Filipe has strong expertise in dealing with the most various legal issues in the mining sector, particularly in the corporate, contractual, regulatory and environmental fields. Filipe also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic litigation and engagement and relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as Public Prosecutors and communities. He graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and completed his studies in Canadian law at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
