About Filippo Donati

Filippo Donati is of counsel at LCA Studio Legale and Full Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Florence. He advises public and private entities on administrative law, EU law and public law of economics, with a strong focus on the energy sector and other regulated industries, including regulatory frameworks, public procurement and infrastructure and real estate development. He brings significant experience in advising on complex regulatory and institutional matters affecting energy markets at both national and EU level. Filippo previously served as a member of the Superior Council of the Judiciary and as President of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ).
