Florian Sesztak is an associate in Kinstellar’s Vienna office, advising national and international clients on regulatory and financial regulatory matters, with a focus on the energy, financial markets and healthcare and life sciences sectors. Across these sectors, he regularly advises on regulatory frameworks, permitting and approval processes and compliance requirements, including those relating to complex infrastructure projects, innovation-driven industries and cross‑border activities, supporting clients as they navigate Austria’s evolving and highly regulated legal environment. Florian represents clients before the Austrian authorities, as well as before Austria’s Administrative and Constitutional Courts.
