Florian Sesztak is an associate in Kinstellar’s Vienna office, advising national and international clients on a broad range of regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the energy, healthcare and life sciences sectors. His energy work spans permitting procedures, environmental and infrastructure compliance in project development, emerging technologies, grid access, market integration and cross-border projects. In healthcare and life sciences, he covers pharmaceutical advertising, market authorisation for medicinal products and medical devices, clinical trials, and the licensing of healthcare institutions, with particular attention to questions at the intersection of medical research, digital health and reimbursement strategy. He is currently pursuing postgraduate studies with a research focus on emerging legal issues in health and medical law.
