About Francesco Fonderico

Francesco Fonderico is a partner of Ambientalex in the firm’s Rome office. Francesco is a cassation lawyer with a PhD in Organisation and Functioning of Public Administration, and provides legal assistance in environmental matters, both extrajudicial and judicial (including in the higher courts). In a wide range of projects, Francesco counsels companies on the regulatory aspects related to environmental and climate change matters (the emissions trading system, environmental permits, waste management, etc). His areas of expertise include interacting with public authorities by adopting a multidisciplinary approach. He has published about 90 contributions and has been a Professor of Environmental Law at the Department of Law, LUISS University of Rome since 2017.
