Francesco de Rugeriis
is an associate in the IP and the IT and privacy departments, whose activity focuses mainly on extrajudicial counselling related to intellectual property law, advertising law, and technology and data protection law. He assists national and international clients in drafting and negotiating IP and IT agreements, such as patent and know-how licences, assignments and R&D agreements, and also in carrying out GDPR compliance and trade secrets protection projects. Together with his colleagues at LCA Studio Legale, Francesco is the co-author of “Advertising Law – Protection and Litigation” (2020).
