is a senior associate and has extensive experience in employment and labour law, particularly in the mining business. He previously worked for Cariola, Diez Pérez-Cotapos, BHP Billiton and Xstrata Copper. He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Law School and later obtained an LLM at New York University (NYU). He has focused his practice in employment, industrial relations and occupational safety, particularly in the mining sector. He is currently professor of employment law at Pontificia Universidad Católica.
