About Francis L. Fragante

Francis L. Fragante is a partner at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia. He regularly advises clients on investment structures, tax, compliance and governance, property development, and regulatory compliance, among others. He has also counseled private companies in relation to various infrastructure and PPP projects and has assisted in a number of M&A deals, which required legal due diligence, contract negotiation, implementation and dealings with Philippine regulators. He has received recognition for his work in projects and energy, real estate and construction. Mr Fragante graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the De La Salle University of Manila where he graduated with Honors in 2007. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008.
