About Francky Lukanda

Francky Lukanda recently joined Ofori Conseils Africa as a partner, bringing 19 years of post-qualification experience advising international financial institutions, multinational companies and governments on complex commercial and financial transactions in the WAEMU and CEMAC regions as well as in the DRC. His practice focuses on advising clients (lenders and borrowers) in all types of secured and unsecured credit facilities including syndicated loans, structured finance and repo transactions. He also has extensive experience in transactions in the natural resources and infrastructure sectors across the OHADA region. Prior to joining the Ofori team, he worked at Geni & Kebe, DLA Piper Africa, as the Abidjan office team leader.
