About Frank Hinoporos

Frank Hinoporos leads Hall & Wilcox’s taxation practice and co-leads the international private wealth practice. He advises on direct taxes, international structuring, corporate transactions, restructuring and tax disputes, serving high net worth individuals, families, family offices and businesses. Frank also heads the firm’s charities, not-for-profit and philanthropy practice, specialising in Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs) and facilitating over AUD400 million in philanthropic giving. He is a director of two charities and is active in industry bodies, including the Tax Institute of Australia. Frank is ranked in Chambers High Net Worth Guide.
