is an associate in the EMEA restructuring/private equity team of the global M&A practice at White & Case, based in Paris. His practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency, M&A and private equity. François advises investment funds, alternative investors, entrepreneurs, industrials, listed and non-listed companies, and distressed companies on domestic and cross-border transactions. He has also worked on several M&A transactions. François joined White & Case in October 2019 from an international law firm in Paris, where he was an associate in the restructuring/dispute resolution group.
