About François-Xavier Awatar

François-Xavier Awatar is a partner in Osborne Clarke’s economic law practice group. He advises French and international corporations, distribution networks, investors and investment funds on all aspects of commercial law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. His practice primarily covers distribution law, franchise law, commercial contracts, competition law and complex commercial litigation. He assists his clients at every stage of their development: structuring and expanding distribution networks, international expansion, negotiating commercial contracts, conducting legal due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions or private equity transactions, and managing litigation before state courts, arbitration tribunals and competition authorities.
