Fraser MacLean
is a partner at MacLean Law in British Columbia (BC) with experience in complex, high-net-worth, and inter-jurisdictional cases. He has appeared in all levels of BC courts, including the Court of Appeal, and has been involved in precedent-setting decisions in areas of parental alienation, child support, spousal support, and recognition and non-recognition of foreign orders. MacLean was lead counsel in Canada’s first “AI hallucination” family law case and has handled cases involving international parenting disputes and substantial financial assets. He lectures across Canada on family law topics and established scholarships and awards at Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law.
