About Frederico Favacho

Frederico Favacho is a partner at Santos Neto Advogados, focusing on agribusiness, corporate matters and international trade. He advises clients on complex corporate and agribusiness matters, with particular experience in transactions involving the agricultural sector. He previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at Bunge, acting as a senior legal business partner and advising on M&A transactions. Frederico is a professor and arbitrator, and serves as a consultant to the National Association of Grain Exporters (ANEC), the National Association of Cotton Exporters (ANEA) and the Brazilian Agribusiness Association (ABAG). He is a member of CBAR, CIArb and FOSFA.
