joined EKVITA in 2013, having previously worked for a prominent local bank as a legal counsel and for a local consulting firm as an associate. He is now a partner at EKVITA, and leads the dispute resolution, compliance, intellectual property and regulatory practice. Fuad received his bachelor's degree in law from Qafqaz University in 2008 and his master's degree from Baku State University, International Law Department in 2011. He has been a member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association since August 2014. He advised on enforcement of an LCIA award in Azerbaijan to a Global 500-ranked Korean company.
